pitching things that don't exist yet
my calling in life is to organize things bigger than myself.
I believe in what biology calls the emergent property: how small units combine to create something greater than the sum of their parts. As a designer, I see my role as designing systems that amplify the impact each person can create through that emergent effect.
This shows up everywhere. In the products I design. In the organizations I build and lead. In the events I throw, the communities I grow. The medium changes (Figma, a whiteboard, a dinner table, a Slack channel at 5am) but the goal is always the same: make the whole bigger than the parts.
